Optimum Health is an advocate minded organization created to find low to no cost help from programs that exist but few are aware of.

Areas of assistance include:

• ➙ Bringing awareness to Remote Patient Monitoring Programs
• ➙ Finding the right medical and dental insurance coverage for individuals and families
• ➙ Helping individuals that qualify for Medicaid identify programs and providers
• ➙ Teaching the basics of Medicare (Parts A, B, C, and D), eligibility, enrollment, qualifying events, and more
• ➙ Explaining Medicare Advantage plans, including Special Needs Plans
• ➙ Helping set up State assistance
• ➙ Making prescription medicine more affordable
• ➙ Bringing awareness to the diverse array of no cost aid programs available
• ➙ Putting clients in touch with organizations that can provide hearing aids to qualified individuals
• ➙ Helping Veterans identify Veteran Programs and benefits they may be unaware they have and/or qualify for
• ➙ Finding affordable housing
• ➙ Solving insurance issues from billing errors to benefit denials
• ➙ Finding doctors or specialists in your area — all areas of the medical field including mental health and critical dental needs and dentures
• ➙ Obtaining affordable diabetic supplies
• ➙ Identifying and applying for State Waiver Programs that reduce the cost for people like disabled workers, Breast Cancer Survivors, and seniors
